HR Analytics
Zalaris smartHR powered by SAP HCM and Business Intelligence (BI) has predefined information sets (cubes) that can be used for analyzing HR data and trends.
For example, the info cubes provide information related to absence, headcount/Full Time Equivalents (FTEs) and turnover. Information can easily be shown in time series and displayed in a variety of formats, including being exported to other applications such as MS Excel.
Relevant data from all you HR processes can be included in the info cubes. This can include external information from non-SAP applications, such as the results of employee satisfaction surveys.
As an example of the sort of analysis that is possible, BI can easily be set up to explore the relationship between employee satisfaction, sick leave percentage, turnover of your high potential employees and business unit results.
BI can also be configured to help you understand the reasons for your high potential employees leaving, provided of course that this data was collected through your HR processes in the first place. (Reasons for leaving are normally collected as a part of the termination process, while employees with high potential can either be defined by nomination assessments or by numerical scoring on performance reviews).
smartHR HR Analytics using SAP BI quickly and effortlessly enables you and your organisation to understand the HR trends in your organisation such that you can focus your attention and effort in an optimal manner.
