The smartHR SAP HCM sick leave refund module ensures effective processing of refunds from government agencies and insurance companies.

Based on registered sick leave or medical certificates, the solution calculates the amount to be refunded.  The corresponding refund application forms are produced directly and the required refund postings are made in the General Ledger.

All in all, the solution significantly improves the refund process and assists our customers in ensuring that they receive the refunds they are entitled to.
