Benefits administration
Benefits, such as newspapers, phones, company cars and additional pensions, are used by organisations as part of employee compensation packages. In most cases these are offered across employee groups without ensuring that their real value is recognised by the receiving employee.
smartHR Benefits administration based on the SAP HCM Benefits template will allow you to administer your company’s benefits on an employee self-selection basis. Available benefits will be offered for selection through Employee Self Service (ESS). The total value of selected benefits will then be displayed to the employee.
smartHR Benefits will thus assist in ensuring that the perceived value of the benefits package offered is properly recognised.
