Oslo, September 14th 2009.   Zalaris HR Services AS to outsource transactional HR and payroll for Ringnes - a market leading beverage producer and member of the Carlsberg Group in Norway. 

Zalaris shall deliver full service payroll and personnel administrative processes to Ringnes’ 1500 employees on the basis of Zalaris’ smartHR template with go live in March 2010.

The ten year agreement is an important as a part of Zalaris’ extending the SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) based smartHR template to support organizations that combine production with a large mobile and field based work force.

In addition to delivering full service HR, personnel and payroll services in Norway, Zalaris shall implement system supported processes based on the smartHR template powered by SAP HCM covering the following functionality:

    • Performance appraisals
    • Competency and learning
    • Work force planning
    • Sick leave follow up solution

The agreement resulted from a thorough tender and evaluation process.
