Zalaris expends considerable resources in training and developing each consultant’s skills through a number of means, including:

• Formal training, including SAP Academy and training courses
• On the job training through work shadowing on projects when new functionality is being implemented
• Self study

We offer consultants significant freedom in developing in areas of their particular interest.   Development plans are defined and tracked for each individual regularly.
