The subsidiary of a leading global technology company wanted to capitalize on its SAP ERP strategy and decided to implement SAP HCM based processes for time and attendance, travel expenses and payroll for its 2’000 employees in Sweden.

As a result of a competitive selection process, Zalaris was selected to implement a comprehensive smartHR based on SAP HCM solution covering both their large production plant as well as their administrative staff.

The new solution was implemented during an eight month transformation project. Interfaces were set up to the customer’s SAP ERP FI/CO system.

Web based Employee Self Service (ESS) and Manager Self Service (MSS) processes now allow for cost effective processes for transactional HR.
